Lighted “Eagle Head” reproduction Lalique hood ornament with radiator cap and base.
In 1925, René Lalique began designing a series of glass automotive mascots to adorn luxury automobiles. This reproduction Eagle Head ornament is cast glass and mounted to a machined aluminum base with a cast zinc alloy radiator cap.
The base includes a battery-powered, remote-controlled LED light that shines through the bottom of the glass ornament. The light color can be set from bright white to a variety of colors.
The locking plates that hold the glass casting in place are cast zinc alloy. All metal pieces are triple chrome plated.
This model fits Packards, but other radiator caps can be cast. Please call to discuss your specific needs.
