Return Policy

All sales are final for made-to-order lights and engraved mirror sets. This includes:

• Senior Trippe Lights
• Guide Super Ray Lights
• Drum-Style Lights
• All engraved mirror sets

Optional Shipping Protection coverage is available at checkout for eligible orders. Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery and notify us immediately at sales@whiteglovecollection.com if damage occurred during transit.

Customers who purchase Shipping Protection may file claims directly through the shipping coverage provider in accordance with the applicable coverage terms and conditions.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers returning non-custom items for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects or shipping damage are responsible for all return shipping costs. Packages shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns:

• more than 30 days after the purchase date
• on items that have been altered
• on items damaged through installation, misuse, or normal use

Eligible non-custom items may be returned in original, unused, and undamaged condition and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

By placing an order through www.whiteglovecollection.com or PayPal invoices, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this return policy.

International Orders

International customers are fully responsible for all customs duties, brokerage fees, tariffs, taxes, and other import-related charges required by the destination country.

Estimated shipping costs provided at checkout do not include customs duties, brokerage fees, tariffs, taxes, or other import charges that may apply after shipment.

All additional import-related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
