Our Mission: Restoring History
Rick Blomquist started the White Glove Collection because of his life-long passion for classic automobiles. The collection was focused on restoring only the finest examples of depression-era classics. Whenever possible, Richard obtained cars that represented a significant milestone in automotive engineering or were custom-built by coach makers for notable clientele. Until his passing, Richard welcomed private viewings and tours by appointment, and he was frequently sought after to appraise classic automobiles due to his wealth of knowledge.

The White Glove Light Shop
As Richard’s restoration shop grew, he expanded White Glove Collection to include the remanufacturing of Trippe Lights, along with several other classic car light and classic car parts.
This was a way of “scratching our own itch” as Richard needed these parts for his own restoration work, but it was also a way of filling a huge need in the classic car industry. The community of hobbyists has long needed such a source for the items that provide the finishing touches for their projects. White Glove has been happy to serve that need.
White Glove rebuilds more Trippe Lights than anyone in the world, and all of the lights rebuilt feature new bulbs, lenses, wiring and beautiful chrome. We will restore your lights, buy your used lights, or we will accept your used lights for trade-in value. We have used lenses, Trippe fog light lenses, and red lens when available. All rivets, springs and small parts we usually have on hand.
We also stock new lenses for Guide Super Rays and have used parts on hand. Fog King lenses are available in clear and amber as well as specialty lenses such as funeral, ambulance, police, or sheriff. Running board spot lights and wood lights are also available in limited quantities.
Our stock is constantly changing as we acquire used lights or manufacture reproductions in batches, so be sure to contact us to check on our current inventory.
