Our Mission: Restoring History

The White Glove Collection was founded by Rick Blomquist out of a lifelong passion for classic automobiles and the preservation of automotive history. His collection focused on restoring only the finest examples of Depression-era classics, with special emphasis placed on vehicles that represented significant milestones in automotive engineering or were custom-built by renowned coachbuilders for notable clientele.

Until his passing, Rick welcomed private tours and viewings by appointment and was frequently sought after to appraise classic automobiles due to his extensive knowledge and dedication to authenticity and craftsmanship.

Today, White Glove Collection proudly continues Rick’s legacy under the ownership of Crin Dima — an avid car restorer, painter, upholsterer, pilot, and aerospace engineer who long admired Rick’s craftsmanship and commitment to preserving automotive history.

It is my sincere hope that Rick’s passion, craftsmanship, and dedication will continue to live on through these products and within the classic car community for years to come.

Thank you for visiting White Glove Collection.

The White Glove Light Shop

As Richard’s restoration shop grew, White Glove Collection expanded into the manufacturing of Trippe Lights, along with a variety of other classic automobile lighting and specialty parts.

What began as a way of “scratching our own itch” — producing hard-to-find parts needed for Richard’s own restoration projects — quickly evolved into fulfilling a major need within the classic car community. Enthusiasts and restorers alike had long searched for a reliable source for the high-quality components and finishing touches that bring exceptional restorations to life, and White Glove Collection has been proud to serve that need.

Today, White Glove Collection builds more new Trippe Lights than anyone else in the world. Every light is assembled using new bulbs, lenses, wiring, and beautifully finished chrome components. We also manufacture new Guide Super Ray lights, Drum-Style lights, reproduction side-mount mirrors, select Packard parts and accessories, as well as new castings of hood ornaments and Lalique-style mascots.

As we continue developing new products and sourcing rare components, our inventory is constantly evolving, so please contact us for current availability and product information.
