This Guide Super Ray passing light is made of all new components and is built to order.
The headlight bucket, reflector, and bezel are made from spun steel on original bucks. The distinctive bezel brow is manufactured separately and brazed onto the spun bezel, as original. All of these exterior components are then triple chrome plated for a bright, show-quality finish.
The lens is made from an original press mold, and the light bucket base is cast in brass and triple chrome plated. The mounting bases are cast in aluminum and can be powder coated or painted, while stainless steel rivets secure the base to the headlight bucket to complete the original-style appearance.
