This is a 1932 Nash Victoria First Series Convertible. First Series means, when the first cars of ’32 rolled down the line, Nash was in no financial shape to abandon or scrap the 1931 Victoria bodies that they had purchased from Seaman Body Company of Milwaukee. So, for the first ninety days of 1932, Nash used the same body from 1931 with the 1932 more rounded style front end.
